Name: Mamoru Chiba (Present); Endymion of Earth (both Past and Future)
Age: 17 at the start of the manga/Crystal series; 20 or 21 by the end of it.
Height: 175cm/5'9"
Alias: Tuxedo Kamen; Prince/King Endymion
Abilities:
---Psychometry, which allows him to read objects and people by touch in order to get visions of what's important, or what's preoccupying their minds in that moment; heal people; and even monitor the status of Earth itself.
---His signature attack, which is called "Tuxedo the Smoking Bomber".I wish this was just a fan joke...
---The Golden Earth Crystal, which presumably holds similar powers to that of its twin, the Silver Moon/Millennium Crystal. It's what connects him directly to the Earth on both spiritual and semi-physical level. He is still new to wielding it, though, so there's room for trial and error.
Personality
To most people, he would come off as quiet, reserved, and even mysterious at times. Not because he is unkind, but rather because he tends to be more focused on the work at hand - whether that's his school work, or his duties as a protector (and future ruler) of Earth. Once he does get to know someone, though, he does open up, showing more warmth and friendliness to those close to him.
His dream is to be a doctor, and he studies hard in order to keep his grades up and fulfill his dream. Saving lives and treating people is hard work, and it does help that he has some healing abilities of his own. But that's not to say that he wouldn't mind a break to spend some time with his friends - especially if it's one of their birthdays or any other important event for them. What few friends he has, he cherishes, willing to go so far as to lay down his life if it would help save theirs.
When he loves someone, he falls deeply into love. A secret romantic, he's not above keeping tokens of his lover, or giving tokens to said lover, either. That's not to say that he's blinded by love; rather, he does get exasperated whenever his lover's faults come into play. But he normally doesn't argue with them over anything less than important, like the few moments that he grows jealous of someone else flirting with his lover. And he simply cannot resist said lover giving him puppy eyes - at least, not for very long; he's working on that particular weakness.
However, he cannot help but think that he's not as strong as the Sailor Senshi, his allies. For the longest time, he didn't have the same power levels or various abilities that they do. Most of his abilities are more for support rather than offense, and he sometimes wonder if he's dragging them down. Even after unsealing his own crystal, the Golden Earth Crystal, he's still not sure if he knows enough to use it right in a way that would benefit them. It's not an issue that he's voiced around the Senshi - mainly because he doesn't wish to be seen as weak or unhelpful by any of them. Sometimes, he just needs a reminder that he's just as important to them as Sailor Moon is.
So, what's this about him Going Evil sometimes?
In canon, Mamoru has been brainwashed by the Enemy/Enemies more than once. The most notable time was the first time, when Queen Beryl brainwashed him into becoming Evil!Endymion, with a human disguise as Endo, an arcade worker. Every time he's brainwashed, he's ordered to fight against the Sailor Senshi, and would not hesitate to even harm Sailor Moon, his reincarnated lover, without regret. All he cares about his fulfilling his orders for whoever is controlling him at the time.
His methods are more subtle than most. He himself can brainwash people into serving him by supernatural hypnotism. He could make them his new friend, his minion, or just a tool for him to use in order to complete evil tasks. Any powers he gain during this time tend to be lost once he snaps back into being himself...and most of the time, he doens't have time to angst over all the evil things he's done because Plot is happening.
